The cozy and romantic Kusenberger Log Cabin, built in 1850 and one of Fredericksburg's most historic homes, is the oldest existing home built by Germans outside of town. The cabin has the original rock floors, a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom and a setting room with a large fireplace and loft above it. The front porch is delightful, with rockers and a view of a field of animals and hills in the distance.
